Merve Tekin, a global, award-winning filmmaker, launched 7 Hills Productions in 2018 to help large corporations, small businesses and entrepreneurs tell their story through video. With 20 years of experience as a filmmaker, Merve has directed a wide range of film projects including corporate videos, commercials, documentaries, game shows, TV series, short films and reality TV. She combines a deep passion for visual storytelling with extensive experience, attention to detail and commitment to excellence – providing clients with unparalleled results.

Every brand is different and brings with it a unique story to tell. Our creative process is designed to identify your goals and make a distinct impression through video, using an innovative process perfected over hundreds of projects.

Brainstorming

The first step is getting to know each other and obtaining a clear understanding of the goals of your project. Our team will work closely with you to determine a clear vision of the final video.

Imagining

During this phase, we will imagine all the possibilities and begin mapping out all the varying ways we might tackle your specific video. With your ongoing collaboration, we will exchange ideas until we identify the best ones.

Exploring

At this phase, we will take a deep dive into your company’s mission, and the messages you want to communicate, to ensure that the direction of the video meets your goals.

Creating

During this phase of your project, we will create a storyboard and script. Based on your input, we will develop a “map” for your video that specifically reflects your vision and message. We will then use high-end video/sound equipment as we transform your vision into video.

Editing

Once we have captured your story on video, we will use the industry’s best editing software to edit shots/take, color grade, sync up the sound (including royalty-free music) and add graphics, text or special effects to your video. Our goal is to turn around a first cut of the video in about a week.

Launching

After you have given us your revision notes, our team will promptly make adjustments to the video. Our goal is to make our clients completely satisfied. Once you confirm the final cut, we will send you the video – ready for launch.
