The work

One event, a content library for everyone in the room

Create & Cultivate is the event for women in business, and its 2026 edition in Los Angeles drew more than 4,000 attendees and over 150 speakers. 7 Hills Productions filmed and edited the event's video library: 89 finished films covering the speakers and the atmosphere of the event.

The brief was bigger than a recap video. With a speaker list this strong, every interview is content in its own right, so we set up a dedicated interview space and filmed 57 speakers one by one, from Ariana Madix and Brittany Snow to Elaine Welteroth, Malika Andrews, Bobbi Althoff and the founders of Drybar, Beautycounter, Scale AI, Care.com and Mielle Organics.

Each interview was cut as a short standalone film the speaker can post to their own audience. The biggest conversations, with Ariana Madix, Brittany Snow and Golloria George, were also cut long-form. Social cuts were edited for every major platform, including vertical versions for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, and two highlight reels carry the energy of the event in about a minute.

On larger events we run several crews at once: one on the floor and stages, one on interviews and soundbites, plus photography. When content is needed while the doors are still open, we edit on site.
